You wonder if the sugar you put into the water for your hummingbird feeder is really the best nutrition for the hummingbirds, or if you should be putting something else in there.

I'm GTG'ing weighted pull-ups at the office now. I can hold a 12# dumbbell with 3" peep-toe stacked heel pumps.

Only if there was photo or video evidence to prove the heels and stockings, otherwise it never happened and didn't count.

Yes Photos, excellent idea.

Post photos of you or your friends doing an excersize from crossfit while wearing high heels. It must be an excersize where your feet are on the ground at least part of the time (Pull ups don't count melissa).

I think you would get more points for a corset then fishnets due to the lung constriction.
