I'm considering the Instructor Training this weekend (6/17 - 6/19). Can anyone out there provide me with some feedback? How has it helped/improved your workouts or training styles?

Thanks,
Jim

Go. Do a search for my notes from the last two seminars and you will see why you must be there. The experience will change forever your approach to training.

Eugene:

Where can I find your notes from the past seminar in SC? I was there but never downloaded your notes.
