Tabata Something Else

I did buttercup scale w/ jumping pullups and wall push ups,

pullups 15/9/6

pushups 10/10/11

situps 7/8/6

squats 9/11/11

total 113

Overall not as bad as I thought it would be, I nearly met pukie.. Im by no means looking to do this again anytime soon, I could barely walk to my car after it was all done. AWESOMENESS. I feel like Im on my way to real pushups soon, Im going to start 'bench' pushups monday, Im not sure what the real phrase is for that, but Im sure you get the drift of what they are! I can already see a slight improvement from 1 week ago when I started this adventure

Thumbs up Re: The Chronicles of Brooksie 1/2

Good Job Mrs. Brooks!

I thought this workout was pretty hard myself... situps have never been a problem for me. But, today, they were! shew! I feel fantastic 'after the fact', though.

Keep it up, chic!

2 rds of 3 squats at 95#
2 rds of 3 squats at 115#
2 rds of 3 squats at 135#
2 rds of 3 squats at 145#

WooHoo! Congratulations to you! You are doing most wonderful Mrs. Brooksie! Also, I hadn't realized I had moved from wall push-ups to box push-ups until you said it. Very nice job, indeed. I really liked your first CFT also, I couldn't do the back squat at all my first. WTG!

Re: The Chronicles of Brooksie 1/2

So I spent the last 3 days in bed sick. For some reason I feel the need to blame Lamar for this.. I havent figured out why, but Jason said that as long as Im not blaming him then he is ok with it. So since I was in bed no official work out and my coach/husband told me not to do anything but rest.
Now Im at work bored out of my mind so I have been practicing my squats, and I actually think that I finally went down into the correct squat position. I only did two, but Im going to work it up, Im thinking about dropping my squat weight down like to 45# since Im working on correct position. Any who, Im not looking forward to the WOD today. Im considering scaling it down a little more than the puppies is already scaled down because after having a stomache bug for 3 days I dont really need to push myself too far.
