Signed the lease yesterday! I have the keys now, but the official move in date is August 15th. Tentative plan for a grand opening is September 15th or so.

1,350 square feet; approximately 20' x 65'. Rollup door out back, room enough to run around the building and do stuff out in back of the building. One block from the main road running through town. Will have pictures later.

Great News Lincoln. Post up some pics :-) If you don't mind my asking, how much are you going to spend on equipment before the grand opening? Are you going to be the only one training people out of your facility in the beginning?

Awesome Lincoln,

Best of luck with the new venture. We look forward to following your progress toward opening and your future success.

I wonder if my wife would like another vacation to Sedona?

My father brought me through Sedona about 15 years ago. I thought it was stunningly beautiful.

Congrats Lincoln.

I need to get my wife and kids out there some time, as she has never been there. Then I can get some much needed O-lift instruction.

(also posted in the equipment section, med ball thread....)

Linc,

You're in SEDONA? Damn...I am down in Phoenix (well, Glendale to be precise...). I got to come up and take a look at the place....interestingly, there might be an opportunity for my wife and I to spend a bit of time in Sedona at my in-law's time-share, since they're basically too unhealthy to travel from out-of-state....

email me at timw@practicaltactical.net and we can coordinate, if OK with you.

Tim
