Lookin good Lincoln. Congrats on getting your own facility up and running. One of these days (or years) Michelle and I will have to visit Sedona and get a workout in at your place.

I made sure to arrive studiously after the FGB workout was all finished...hehehe. Aaron accused me of sitting in the parking lot until they were done...well, only my hairdresser knows for sure. :-)

Though I didn't work out (I had done some gym bouldering the night before, first time, and was very very sore...), I still learned how to kip and that I don't/didn't have the strength to do a wall-handstand when lifted up into the position...however I could do a 'backward, walk-up the wall' handstand OK.

Linc makes a great, but HOT, salsa.
