I was asking for the rxd version, not the regular one as I am making a compilation of some WODs and the watered down versions for guys who aren't that fit yet :-)

rxd means as prescribed, which means the regular hard version, not the watered down one

if you are looking for watered down wods, then go to brand x martial arts website. on the wod forum, they usually post progressively watered down wods. i usually water down wods if necessary by adjusting wt, reps, rounds, partitioning long reps schemes or assistance with body wt exercises (ie bands for pullups). so when you look at a lot of the wods there are many versions that can be derived from the originals. i have not seen any "official" watered down wods in my investigations.
