Congrats to all staying the course.
Tough challenge this month Ted!

I'm not out, but not going to get the
210 rounds in by the deadline (cur-
-rently at 68 rounds).

I'll see what I can get after the 25th,
then I'll do a Cindy New Year's Day.

I am still trying to get the 100 km
rowing before the 12/24 midnight deadline
at Concept2.com - Doing the 2 concurrent
was sucking the soul candle at both ends=
a symbiosis of death.

Mostly I blame work though, it takes up
so much of my time! Oh and that damn
Lotto....why'd they have to make it so
hard to win?

Day 18 'cindy' challenge: 18 rounds (total 153 rounds = 855 pullups, 1710 pushups, 2465 squats)



you gave it a good run james! i couldn't imagine two challenges at the same time. this one is definitely one of the tougher overall challenges. wait until you see what is in store for january! fun stuff....

Day 19 'cindy' challenge: 19 rounds (total 190 rounds = 950 pullups, 1900 pushups, 2750 squats)


today was the worst day of the challenge: 1)didn't feel good & only ate one piece of pizza today around 3pm. 2)spent the whole day flying to nocal & back to pick up my kids for the xmas holiday 3)had to due all 19 rounds in the rain 4)the worst part is i re-aggravated my left shoulder injury from last january & every pushup rep after round 6 was extremely painful.

despite all the reasons to stop i refuse to let up.... one day left!

Done! It was a good challenge, but I'm glad that it's over. My lats are significantly fried, although they're doing better than they were a couple of days ago. I had to switch grips from palms out to palms in for the last few days to avoid straining my lats.

Thanks for the challenge! I'll keep an eye out for what you'll post for January. I was personally thinking of a month long muscle up challenge, but wondering how rough that might be on the joints.

Hats off to those of you who made it through the entire 20 days. I only did 10 days, but it helped me reach my goal of Cindy Rx'd. Today at my affiliate we did the WOD and I did 13 1/3 rounds, which is the same number as I did last time, except previously I used a band for assisted pullups. Thanks to doing part of this challenge I had the confidence to know I could 10 rounds Rx'd in 15 minutes and was able to shoot for a goal of 13 in 20 minutes which I made!

great job to everyone that participated in the challenge! you can always tell its a good challenge when alot of people start & only a few finish. this was by far the hardest challenge to complete.
