When you are late for work because your WOD was a Hero. You get asked why you were late and once you explain that the WOD was a hero your boss is not mad! Your nickname at work is "crazy fitness guy".

When you go shopping for a new car and start telling the car salesman about Crossfit. He thought I was completely insane. He didn't even give me his card.
