healthy diet during dental recovery
I'm having my wisdom teeth removed in mid April (all 4, unfortunately) and I've been told it will take a few weeks for me to get back to normal with everything, especially my jaw and eating.
Can anyone recommend a healthy diet i can stick to during this time of not being able to chew so much? I don't want to be stuck eating ice cream and jelly for 2 weeks straight (10 year old me would love it, though. I'm sure!) |

Re: healthy diet during dental recovery
Huh, after a week it was back to normal eating. The first two day sucked though.
Seriously, they plan on breaking your jaw? |
