Sprained my ankle walking down 2 stairs into the garage. I'll be off of it for a few days but would still like to maintain a semblance of the WOD. Right now I need advice of some sort of alternative to the Gwen for Tuesday and the rest of the WODs until I'm better. I can walk as long as I stay on the heel, but running and ballistic or really any type of lifting I think would be out of the question for at least a week. Help please!!

Michael,

I've done the same thing more then once. The doctors have always told me it takes up to six weeks to be back at the 100% mark. I've always felt better by the fourth week if not before, but taking their advice I've always eased back into things. Maybe that's a bit conservative, but take it for what it's worth.

I'd like to think that I'm about 70% today, no pain, swelling about half way down, mobility almost full back. I could run if I needed to but it would be stupid to do so voluntarily. I'm guessing about 5-7 more days until I'm good to go again. Thank you for your responses.
