Dislocated Toe

The other day I dislocated my toe, and I am not sure if I should tape it or how I should treat it, any advice?

Re: Dislocated Toe

Assuming it has re-seated itself, tape it to the one next to it and ice as needed. If it hasn't popped back into place, you might want to have it looked at. Either way, allow 6-8 weeks for it to heal.
