Questions from another new cross fitter!

i am 31 years old and having being an avid trainer for many years(bodybuilding based workouts and boxing), i felt it was time for a change from doing the same old weight routines in the gym.
i have been using cross fit for the past couple of weeks now, i have a few questions.
i am very impressed with the cross fit system and without a doubt, the workouts destroy you.
you definately know you have worked out after them.
but looking at the likes of greg amundsen, opt and co ive got to ask.
do they do other weight training outwith cross fit?
the physiques on these guys are amazing.
seems almost too good to come from relatively short workout times.
does that come from the 3 on, 1 off system and good diet alone?
or is there some other factor involved?
would really appreciate some feedback from other members on this.
many thanks!

In my experience, body composition is about 75% diet, 15% genetics, and 10% exercise.

Re: Questions from another new cross fitter!

If you use the search function on these forums you can find all sorts of threads discussing this topic. Not to be rude at all, just that a lot of the people that know about this have allready posted and probably won't post again on the subject so youll proably get more from reading old threads. After that if you still have questions come right on back here and ask away! and welcome to crossfit, i hope you enjoy!

that thread talks about it a little, but like i said before on the top of the forums there is a "Search" function. Just type in key words and do some reading, youll find it.
