Jason Combat Challenge

120 Jumping Jacks

200 crunches

100 push-ups

50 up downs

16:00 mins

Me and OMD are gonna train at the Fire House tonight at work I will post Later.

Set up the combat course and planned to run it five times with OMD.

1st run was 0.57 sec

2nd run was 0.54 sec

3rd run was going very strong but fell during the dummy drag and tweeked my knee really bad.So we called it a day, we will see how I feel in the morning.

The course consisted of the tire,the obsticle course,the dummy drag and the hose pull.

Trained MMA today!!!

Trained with 3 other guys-

Warm up was 3 five min rounds. Round robin heavy bag,muay tai bag and wobble bag.

Work out-

3 three min rounds of take down drills each

3 three min rounds of tai pads each

3 three min rounds of "reversal off the wall drills while being punched at by the other guy.

3 rounds 10 fast kicks to the bag each leg

3 rounds of 10 belly to back throws with a heavy bag

Awsome work out feel really good. My knee is still sore to the touch but range of motion is good.Gonna meet at 9:00 am to go run in the mountains so we will see how the knee does.

Met with the guys this morning at 9:00.

Ran up in the mountains for about 2 hours not sure on the miles but it was pretty rough terrain. Some parts were straight up and down It was a tough one,Im still getting use to this altitude.My knee is hurting a little more after this run,Were gonna train stand up muay tai and crossfit tonight.

Grappled for 1 hour working on technique and escapes,round robin with 3 other guys.

Whoever was not rolling was going hard on the heay bags working 123 combos ( left jab,right jab,duck and left hook) and knees and upper cuts.

Each did 10 left side hip slams then 10 right side hip slams with the heay bag, odd man out was doing burpee push-ups.

100 squats
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups

Not for time we all were worn out so we just made sure everyone got all their sets done.Awesome work out!!!!!! Total work out was about 2 hours

Rest Day Today !!

Knee is really swollen.I think I might need to back off a little bit.Start 4 12hr night shifts tommorow.Me and OMD will work the course this week.
