Can't find and article

I remember reading an article or theory or whatever about programming. The one thing I remember was that it suggested that the exercises used in the metcon should be a lower skill level least for the particular lifter. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Re: Can't find and article

There's the original explanation article by Glassman.
Discussing rotating between gymnastics, monocardio, and lifting.
But I doubt you mean that one, and I dont recall it mentioning anything about scaling like that?
