Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Hello I would just like to start off by introducing myself to the crossfit community. I have just recently finished Stew Smith's guide to Navy SEAL fitness and am now looking for something new (not to mention shorter!). I have heard great things about crossfit and am looking forward to starting it up.
