Inner knee pain

After did this workout: http://www.crossfit.com/mt-archive2/008741.html, the inner side of the right knee has pain. Is it because of imporper double-under? or could it be that I bend my knees when I moved the 65lbs from shoulder to overhead?

Today I'm scheduled to do hang clean, should I skip it because of the squat position?

Is this the Meniscus tears? I'm 33 and never had a knee injury before. Hope it's not a start...

Hey Jay,

I wouldn't freak out. Just take it easy at the workout. Perfect technique, take your time, modify exercises/lighten loads so you can maintain form and stay away from pain. I wrote a long series about knee pain you an find here:
