Heel Pain / Plantar Fasciitis
Just had to post this as I've had some pretty good success with this problem.
Here is what i did:
1) By a step stretch (google it). Keep your calfs stretched as well as hamstrings. Everything on the leg can pull your heel tendons, etc, etc.
2) Go to a podiatrist and get the Cortisone shot and a prescription for Naproxin. The shot doesn't hurt a bit (they freeze your heel).
3) During this time you are on the Naproxin low-dye tape your foot every day. It's really easy to learn how and you'll feel a huge difference fast.
4) Ice your heel every morning and night.
