Brand New

Well, after seeing my peers running around and talking about this "Crossfit thing" at the gym, I finally decided to check it out.

I'm a Marine at Camp Pendleton, CA, and there are quite a few around that do Crossfit WODs religiously. I started my first on Thursday, and afterwards, when I was sore and sweating, I thought, "Wow. I feel amazing."

Now, today, after my first CFT with a total of 695 (weak), I realize many shortcomings, and am fairly dedicated to getting better at Crossfit, getting stronger, looking better, and of course, talking smack to all my fellow Crossfitters when my numbers go up.

So anyways, just wanted to introduce myself, and say Thanks Coach! PAIN. I LOVE IT.
