I don't know whether any studies have been done regarding music and exercise...
All I know is if I have some new tunes kicking in my ears I tear through the WOD like shot through a gun!
I love a bit of rock particularly AC/DC but also love dance and techno.

used to listen to The Crystal Method...just kind of got old.
Eddie has a pretty good mix we listen too, getting used though. Perfect time for this thread to re-emerge.
