CrossFit San Diego

Though CrossFit San Diego hasn't officially opened yet, I see that they are linked on the AFFILIATES List.

There's going to be a park WOD this Saturday. If you know anyone who may be interested in CrossFit (REAL fitness) shoot the information their way.

Working 6 x 12-hour days, Saturday off, can't make the 360 miles one way, tried but couldn't wrap my mind around it, my loss. Coronado seems like the most appropriate place in the world for Crossfit suffering.

CrossFit San Diego will be in the heart of the city. Eddie has a great local and will announce it soon.

In reality, Mission Valley is more central and accessible than downtown SD. Having a CF facility next to the In-N-Out burger off the I-8 would have been fantastic. Double-double, animal style w/fries plus some burpee intervals for everyone.

Got there late and missed the workouts but it was great seeing everyone! Nice to meet Lisa and Erin (sp?).

I'll try to make the opening when CFSD goes live!
