Hello, I'm new to the boards but I have been working with the WOD for a few weeks now. I am a bjj/muay thai guy and have been looking for a good conditioning program that will have good cross over to my sport. Running has never cut it. I was also into bodybuilding in college and fitness enthusiast and have lifted more for sport for the last few years. I'm glad to find this board and website, it is definately leaps and bound beyond anything I've found before. I'm glad to see there are no trolls that are all over other boards.
Anyway, I look forward to conversing with other fitness minded people. |

I just finished 'Barbara' Modified to 10 pullups, 20 suspended chain pushups, 20 situps, and 30 squats for 4 rounds. It took me 11 minutes.
I also ran 3 miles this morning for intervals. I hope I don't hit overtraining. |

And the quick answer is.. you won't. Just make sure to eat enough and get enough sleep. |
