hey everyone, thought i would ask for help here. I have been doing the CF workout for two weeks and loving it. I feel my body changing already. I have a couple of questions that i need help with.

1. trying to start the nutrition side off right, but i see so many things about it. does anybody have some recommendations for my nutrition starter kit. I see a lot about flaxseed oil etc. i'm buying the In the Zone book next week. any ideas are appreciated.
thanks

1. My diet: I'm a firefighter and I am at the station (away from home and usually to busy to cook)four to five out of seven days a week. I am trying to find some foods that i can bring or eat that are easy to prepare or don't have to stay in a fridge that will be good for the body.

also, i sleep evry irregular due to working so much and being up most of the night. any supplements i could take to help. I heard something about cortisol.

thanks

Robb / Scott,

I am just over 2-weeks into CF and am also looking for good nutritional guidance. Robb, I've listened to your interview on CrossFit Live and a lot of your call ins. I am familiar w/ the Zone and currently follow a South Beach'ish nutritional plan (with lots more protein of course) and try to avoid refined grains and sugar as a rule.

Any advice or input you have is appreciated. I also am currently reading Performance Diet #1.

Thanks in advance,

Tim
