I wanted to see if anyone has any information on using desiccated liver tablets as a way to augment your diet (especially as a convenient source of B complex vitamins, protein, minerals, etc). I know they were once touted by the "old-time" strongmen, but they seem to have fallen by the wayside. Any info. on their efficacy would be much appreciated.

Dr G has info on this I think, use the search. I think I remember him posting he put it in his smoothie :-) (very brave man).
