New to the forum

Hello folks,

Just wanted to take some time to introduce myself. I'm 26, 5'9", and 170 pounds. I was a decent cross-country runner in high school. In the 10 years since then I've exercised off and on, using the type of routines you find in Men's Health magazine. I always had the nagging feeling that there was something missing when I worked out. About 6 months ago I did a WOD at CrossFit Cleveland and had my "Eureeka!" moment. I've been back for most of the Saturday workouts, and I've also been getting in 1-3 WODs on my own during the week.

I'm hooked. Looking forward to more.

Re: New to the forum

Paul, Bill and Nancy are great people, you've hooked up with a good crew. Spend as much time with those folks as you can and of course, become active on these boards.
If your schedule permits, try to make a Cert, best money you can spend.
