I'm following k-star's orders and getting some exercise bands to do some mobility WODs with. I just checked out rogue's iron woody bands, but all are out of stock. Is there another vendor that sells the same type of bands?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Bands

Christian's Fitness Factory has great deals on Iron Woody bands. I'm getting ready to order 2 #3's myself to help do the mobility WOD stuff and to add extra resistance and whatnot to pullups, pushups, etc. I've had good experience ordering from them in the past, too. Just my $0.02. (W/FS)

Re: Bands

+1 for Elitefts and they have sale pricing pretty often.

Re: Bands

I wasn't sure either, so i got the Average, Light, and Monster Mini bands. For mobility work, the Light and the Monster Mini seem to be the most appropriate. K-Starr uses Jump Stretch Bands, pretty easy to find on Amazon. EFTs are cheaper though, but the quality seems good.

Light = blue
Average = green

I have both brands and find that the iron woody bands have just a little (very minimal) more tension, but it shouldn't be a problem for stretching.

The EFS bands usually go on sale every couple weeks too.
