Deck of cards:

diamond cards=ring pullups
heart cards=pushups on knuckles
spade cards=situps
club cards=55 lb overhead squat---the real killer!

aces were 11 reps, instead of 1. Jokers were 5 kip ups each. This whole thing was an excellent conditioner.

I did this May 29 in 30:50 minutes.

A kipup is when you lay on the ground and kick back to your feet using a kick ala Jackie Chan (and many people push behind their heads with their hands).

Oh, BTW - a move similar to that on the high bar/rings/parallel bars is also called a Kip-up - it's used to get above the desired apparatus. One fun thing to do is to do continuous kipups on the high bar - they're like pullups with a little conditioning streak added to it.
