No better way to get ready than to just do it. Start with just the 45lb bar, or 15lb dumbells or a broomstick. 3,2,1 GO!

Well, I do usually scale Fran - but I decided to try it as rxd once just to see. Yep - took me 20 minutes.

I'm pretty sure if I did it as rxd now, it would be closer to 12 or maybe 15 minutes. But I still scale - working my way up.

yes in due time i will, luckily for me it hasn't came up as a WOD yet
