Gym cleaning

So like a lot of y'all I have a garage gym (although still need some pieces of equipment to finish). I have 1 problem though. It doesn't matter how much I sweep, dirt still get on my barbell (it's the only piece that really gets it bad). I wipe it off but a day or two later it's just as bad any suggestions for cleaning a bar? And keeping it off? I will say my wife and I are in the country and still putting grass down in some areas near garage.

Re: Gym cleaning

I too struggle with dust issues in my garage box. Not really much I can do about it, as I live in the country on 30 acres of almond trees, surrounded by a half section (320 acres) of almond and walnut trees, and nothing but dirt roads. My yard is about 1/3 acre of lawn, garden and a mix of concrete and gravel... it's just going to be dusty here. I take a leaf blower to my garage a couple times per week, wipe down equipment as needed and just accept it.

Harvest time out here is just absurd, when the sweepers are going you can forget about doing a workout outside.
