How's this set?

I'm probably going to buy a barbell/plate set and a rack on craigslist. Looks like a good buy, but wanted to see what you guys thought. They're not bumper plates, but at least they're rubber-encased. I don't drop the bar that often anyway.

Too bad they are not full on bumpers. Still looks like a decent set for $250 with a solid rack.
