20 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch.
Felt like ****, couldn't even snatch 185. PR is 195 but I can normally walk in on any give day and snatch 185


Conditioning

20 minute AMRAP of:

5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats

15 Rounds....just a complete **** show

20 minutes to establish a 1RM Clean & Jerk.
230 PR Before this CnJ PR was 227, clean was 240 and jerk was 235. So a PR for putting them together. PR'd my clean at 245 but couldn't stick the jerk.

Conditioning

Notes: Percentage is based off of 120515

6:55 Subbed elevated ring push up for hspu's. My neck has been tweaked since the press of the CFT. Have huge knots in my back and a stiff neck. HSPUs would've wrecked me, especially if I tried to PR and kip.
