In europe we have supps that are 100% legal and certified, no such thing in USA? if it is, its the guy's own fault for not going that way and trusting some "lame" brand.

The US has an issue with supplement quality. Supplements do not have FDA oversight anywhere near food and medications. It's difficult to know if you're really getting what you think you're getting. The consumer has to use their judgment and scrutinize labels and quality controls.

The issue for Bolkhan was cross contamination at the manufacturing facility. The manufacturer has even admitted to this. I think this one is legit.

Even if this is true, he cannot be allowed to compete as he gained advantage over the other guys, knowing about it or not.

Re: Is Rich Froning the next Lance Armstrong?

I really don't like athletes being accused, even passively without any real evidence, it's not fair

If a series of drug cheats does come to light over the next few years, it will cast a shadow over every recent crossfit games winner

maybe Rich is doing a Flojo (Florence Griffiths Joyner), someone everyone in Track and Field knows was on PEDS, but retired before she could get caught

I personally can't believe some of the women aren't on PEDS. many of the women in crossfit just have now crossed that line into not being all women

It's also not fair that some are taking and not telling. 2 way street.

It's fascinating how the human mind can hold two conflicting ideas simultaneously. My opinion favors your first sentence.

What is it about a woman with a well developed musculo-skeletal system that makes her less of a woman?

thankyou for your reply.. you were far more polite than i could have been

I am constantly astonished at the criticism of female athletes who are muscular, in particular from the "not being a woman point of view"..

it makes me somewhat cranky
