High School Track WODs

Let this be a thread to list workouts that can be done at a typical football field encircled by a track. Can include jump ropes, dbs, kbs, etc.



Run 100 Yd
15 burpees
Run 100 Yd
10 HR Push Up

4 Rounds


Buy-In: 50 DU
Bear Crawl to midfield and back
21 American kb swing (1.5,1)
Buy-Out 50 DU

3 Rounds


Run 200 YD
30 Mountain Climbers
Run 200 YD
30 V-Ups

5 Rounds

Did this one just Monday night:

3 rounds

200 m run fast
1 bleacher run, 1 bleacher hop (2 up/1 down), 1 bleacher run
200m run fast
10 1-arm KB snatch, 10 1-arm KB swing (1.5 pood)
1 min rest

The minute rest is so the "fast" is actually fast.

Sprint 100 meters 200 meters 300 meters 400 meters
Rest as long as it takes you to run each distance.
