pumpkin seeds

hi, I want to gain mass and then in this period I eat much. I n my diet I eat so much pumpkin seeds (about 100 g) because they have much protein and good fat. For you are they good or no?'

No problem if your goal is mass. They have a good abundance of all three macronutrients and the only down side in my opinion is they're high in omega-6.

thank. instead the almonds?are they good? I eat 50g per day for the same reasons.

Do nuts and seeds make up the majority of your diet? If yes, than maybe you should cut down and add things like meats and eggs for protein, sweet potatos and brown rice or other carbs. What does your daily intake look like?

during the day I eta:
1 l whole milk
50 g almonds
100 pumpkin seed
a few of pasta
3 whole eggs
100 of tonno
and other.
then my intake is near at 2500 kcal
I train me five times week,

3-4 times a week isn't "more meat"....3-4 times a day is.

You should be basing most of your meals and snacks around meat, fish, eggs, etc. and then adding on lots of fruits and vegetables....of which you have exactly zero in the eating plan you listed above.
