Workouts are looking good Ted! You are gettin' a lot of weight over your head these days!

Didnt know you played soccer, good way to add conditioning volume for your triathalons, eh?

thanks milton! & basically yes. the soccer is a good way to fool myself into cardio by chasing a ball. plus i am a really competitive person so the competition is always fun. didn't really grow up playing soccer as much as baseball, basketball, & football so the challenge of becoming good at a new sport drives me.

i've cut way back on the weights. especially on the legs. still trying to extend my running & bike distances out. i want to be able to do a half marathon either in june or august.
