Are weighted back and front squats ever part of the WOD? Because I have not done these in a while, I struggled today to get 21 reps w/135LBS. Normally I can squat about 185 for 20 reps.

Yeah, they come up. Be patient. Lots of folks lose some ground on their "favs" or specialties, but they usually make up most, if not more than, the difference once everything else catches up. If you're feeling game, throw em in extra (like you apparently did ;-)

What a coincidence. From now on, I will try to squat at least once a week. I would like to get my squat numbers up.
