Thrusters 65#
Pull ups

11:23 as RX'd

Thrusters round 1 13/4/4 round 2 5/5/5 round 3 3/3/3
Pull ups-broken!!

Not a PR-missed the class and had to work out alone, so missed having the others push me along. Decided not to band the pull ups. Maybe a bad decision. I will know tomorrow. Last Fran was 10:30 which was a PR.

50 box jumps 20"
50 jumping pull ups
50 KB swings 12 kg
50 steps walking lunge
50 GHD sit ups (sub for KTE)
50 push press 33#
50 supermans
50 wall ball 12#
50 burpees
50 double unders

25:54

Almost the exact scaling I used last time, but a big PR today! ( Last time 32:05)

I felt terrible before the workout, very sore and tired. Go figure.

Supposed to be an OHS day, but it didn't happen

warmed up w PVC OHS, 33# bar and 45# bar, all ok

1 set of 3 at 55#. Pain! Switched to front squats

Front Squat

5x3

95-100-105-105-110

Did one more set at 95 to try and keep my elbows up!!! Form was crappy today. Tried as hard as I could, but could not keep from shooting my hips and letting my elbows drop

Tabata Planks

Intended to be right side, full plank, left side for 8 each. Could not support myself on my right arm without hurting, so:

24 intervals of full plank (top of push up position)

After the workout decided to see what it would feel like to go overhead with a little weight as I am supposed to do the Amazing Grace WOD on Thursday. Could not even jerk the empty bar without pain. Blah. Worried about Thursday.

Hm good question. I don't really know. The next time I will pay attention to see. Should I use as few as possible? I'm guessing so.

Death by Rowing

Row 10 meters the first minute, 20 the second minute, etc until unable to finish within the minute

Finished 18 rounds

3 minute rest

Death by Burpees

Started out w burpees, but came down hard on my shoulder and it hurt so switched to 20" box jumps on round 6

Finished 15 rounds

Went out to my garage to see how many fingers I was using on the bar. I was keeping all four under there. Tried it with 2 and it was MUCH better! Thanks!!!!!
