Very nice. I'm glad the UFC kept the WEC to roll with the lighter weights. They have some really exciting fights. I think I'm looking forward to this more than both Brown/Faber fights.

seems to me it would save alot of time and money just to absorb feather/bantam weights into UFC since there's really only a small handful of fighters at each weight that people (at least me) are really interested in seeing.

Aldo/Brown is exciting! Brown is just a beast in the octagon and Aldo is super smooth so it will definitely be an interesting contrast of styles. can't wait!

Should be a good fight, but Brown's going to have such a size and power advantage.

I don't see him losing.

Re: Mike Thomas Brown vs. Jose Aldo...

I agree that Brown is a beast in the cage. I think he got good wins over Faber and I get tired of hearing Faber fan excuses about hurt hands and whatnot. Mike Brown is a beast, give the guy credit. My bets on him. But it sounds like a good fight no matter who wins.

The UFC left the lighter weights in the WEC so they didn't have to do away with them compeltely. I don't think the UFC believe those weight classes are marketable to their audience, but marketable enough to keep them around. Which sucks because they have been some of the more exciting and energetic fights I've seen.

I'm interested in all the fighters in the WEC. Those fights are always exciting. I'd rather watch them than UFC most of the time.

aldo by ko, first round. lately, big brawlers are being exposed by strikers with true world class skills (silva vs. griffin, machida vs.). brown has been getting a bad rap and i wish him well.
