Well you could just do half a gallon, or a quart.

Just get extra calories in you somehow. More meat, more butter. More of everything.

You can gain weight doing crossfit you just need to eat enough.

I find I got a much cleaner weight gain using a lower-carb approach than the GOMAD. GOMAD mostly just made me chubby, but I tend to be fairly carb-sensitive. Try eating a pound of fatty ground beef with some cheese thrown in every day, on top of your normal diet. Also, Rachel's chocolate coconut milk pudding concoction is great for packing in an easy 1200 kcals or so.

I appreciate the input from everybody. I am going to try to focus on more meat, butter, and will try to a 1/2 Gomad since I'm not real fond of milk.

This guy just posted a testimonial talking about how he's gained some weight in the last month with CF: (Work, family safe)

Interesting that he isn't doing additional heavy lifting, but then he IS 250 lbs. Good luck, bro!

Look at Gant's hybrid. For me to put on weight - last time i did it i put on 5 kgs in 5-6 weeks - I don't do any long metcons - nothing over 10 mins. Do some heavy lifting like starting strength and afterwards do a modified heavy metcon. Eat like crazy and supplement that with milk mixed with EVOO and protein powder. Try to get 2 gms protein per lb of bodyweight. Crossfit will make you lose weight in my experience, not gain it. Keep your lifting sessions to 2-3 times a week max. Anything more than that and you'll overdo it.
