Zone Question

Hey all,

Questions for the zone gurus out there. With the recomended weights for our servings is that pre or post cooked? LIke if it says beef 1 oz equals a block, is that before or after I cooked that cow? Thanks everyone for sharing your knowlege.

Doing Crossfit with just enough oxygen to keep one alive? Sure, that sounds splendid.

Re: Zone Question

Usually that means cooked. 1oz chicken breast cooked = 1 block.
