Fish Oil / Olive Oil

Hi

a bit new to this stuff but i was wondering what kind of quantities are recommend for optimal performance(oils not capsules). We used to be given cod liver oil as a punishment back when the world was in black and white and non digital

It just really depends on the individual. I know people who take in ungodly amounts of fish oil, others not much at all.

Me personally, I take in about 6-8 fish oil caps, 2-3 tbsp of EVOO, and swing some cod liver oil daily.

4-6 1200mg caps, 3 times a day. Eat fish, salmon, kippers, sardines at least once a day. Buy Puritan Pride, quality seems good. Every so often, I chew them instead of just gulping, waiting for the rancid taste, hasn't happened yet.

Jay, this seems like the makings of a dirty trick!

I take a multi consisting of Flax, Fish, and Borage 3 times a day...no "fish burps."

I do eat a lot of fish in my diet, too... my favorite is pan-seared yellowfin tuna that I make about 2-3 times a week w/various steamed veggies
