Im curious if anyone else has had problems with thier orders from the store? Ive tried numerous attempts to contact someone about it but cant seem to get a reply from anyone. Im well aware they are busy, and I totally understand, but just want to make sure I dont get overlooked.

Paul,
Who have you contacted, how many times, and what kind of problems are you having? It's really unlikely that "numerous attempts" have been ignored. Detailed info may help us track down what might be going on.

We have had some issues with mail going out from the store bouncing. Please email Lauren directly (lauren@crossfit.com) or contact me. We'll get whatever it is sorted out.

Never had a problem with the CF store.

I had some problems with orders because when checking out I closed the browser to quickly. I don't remember what the screen was but I assumed I was already done when I still had to confirm a couple more times.

Paul,
I emailed Lauren. She answered you, cc'ing me, and I forwarded her response on to you as well - all a couple of days ago, when we first exchanged email.

We have had a lot of trouble getting mail to Verizon. I will re-send the info to you when I get home tonight from my gmail account. In any case, Lauren said your patches were on the way, and I'll get you the link to your journals. Sorry for the hassle. We'll look into what the problem is with Verizon.
