Former marine and veteran of Desert storm. I've been a trainer for the over 7 yrs now and this is exactly the training I've been looking for. Sure I've gotten strange looks in the past for carrying/ dragging duffle bags of sand. Now everyone wants some!! I'm happy to be a part, although new, of the crossfit family!!

Welcome aboard, and thanks for your service. If you have'nt done so already, read the FAQ, and always remember it's "Lynne".

Do not forget the "e" in Lynne. I made that mistake once.

Just in case no one's mentioned it yet, make sure if you have to write anything to the moderator Lynne to put the "E" on there. She deals out Tabata Handstand Push-Ups like they're going out of style. And welcome to the club! Isn't it great!!
