Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

i.e. Junior, Intermediate, Advanced Member, etc.

I'm curious to know what the different user levels mean and how one advances. I'm guessing it has to do with the # of postings and not so much the length of time on the board, or some combination.

I've searched both the faq and the board but did not find a complete answer.

Great username. We had Otis Day play a frat party in college. I got wasted and could only say "Otis, My Man!!" from the beginning of the show til about three am. I was also wearing a toga, commando.

Do you mind if we dance with your dates?

I think I was at that frat party of yours!! But I got stuck on the couch with Akmed,Jugdish, Sydney and Clayton.
