95lb Thrusters
Pullups (Blue Band)

Previous "Fran" time was 18:26 with 62lb thrusters and jumping pullups. Thrusters today were especially hard because of tired legs from yesterdays sprints.

Almost time to go down the little green band for pullups.

Having to take the band off to go get chalk and then put the band back on cost me in the pullups.
