Just felt like sharing a workout you all would enjoy. The idea of the workout is to keep, in my case, the kettlebell overhead the entire workout and you always start it with a turkish getup. I started out with a turkish getup-->walking overhead lunges [12ft]-->overhead duck walk [12ft]-->waiter walk [36ft]-->switch arms and repeat. that's one rep. It was fun and hard and great all in all.

Next time I'm at the track with the KB I'll add in some overhead stair climbs.
