followed by 1-arm handstands (against the wall). Naturally.

today I held a handstand for about 8 seconds. FREE STANDING. And I sorta kinda walked on my hands. NEW GOAL IN LIFE. WALK IN A HANDSTAND.

1. 19 / 11 / 33 (total = 63)
2. 20 / 12 / 34 (total = 66)
3. 17 / 10 / 22 (total = 49)


AMRAP eat everything at Drew and Rubin's engagement party. LOVE YOU GUYS
