Re: The kettlebell king

Update:
I've been using my 80# quite a bit. I have not been throwing it or specifically dropping it or anything destructive, but it is holding up just fine.
I really don't see that there could be any problem with this thing. For two handed work or high rep single hand work these bells are terrific. And as I mentioned, they are at a fraction of the cost of DD's and have as good or better finish that DD's.
I would like to hear what the difference is, if any, between the first generation handle and the second generation on the heavy bells.

If anyone is still looking and questioning, I cannot recommend these highly enough. They are great.

Re: The kettlebell king

I own a Troy 70 and am getting another one for Christmas. I like the handle, it's not too thick and has some grit. The black finish makes it look completely bad a$$. Currently I have Body Solids and 1 kettlebell usa. I like the kettlebell usa, but the shipping is pricey. I was able to get the Troy's off of EBay from CSN Stores w/ free shipping. 93 dollars for a Troy 70 is a no brainer in my book.

Re: The kettlebell king

Purchased the 230lb set in late December. The price was great, the equipment is excellent, and the customer service was outstanding.

I will defiantly order from them again!

Re: The kettlebell king

How much did they charge you for shipping? I used Abes of Maine to buy 3 kettlebells, they had free shipping. It cost a little over a dollar a pound. I'm trying to figure out where to buy my next 2 pood KB.

I paid $85.00 shipping for 230lb of bumper plates, one 50lb KB, and one AbMat.
