I've tried the protein in the past. I didn't like it. The taste was terrible and I don't think the quality is all that great. I did not feel I recovered well at all. Progenex is better IMHO. Hated the fish oil.

Now I'm gonna try the Nitrean+ soon from Atlarge and very eager to compare that against Progenex.

Get the coffee flavor. Mix with milk. It's wonderful. Actually doesn't taste much like coffee, at all, IMO. My wife & I both think it tastes like Yoohoo... and who the hell doesn't love Yoohoo???
