I've rather new at the whole idea and methodology of crossfit, and i've been following the scaled WOD over at brand x. my question is for when the WOD calls for you to row at certain distance, i have an OLD rowing machine, that doesn't keep time, distance, or anything. it's just a bare bones type of thing. So is there a time I should row for (i use a stop watch), or another way I could measure my rowing for whatever is precribed?

p.s. this is my first post here, so if i made a mistake, or idk, something, be gentle...

**EDIT**

saw this topic covered a few posts down right after posting this. sorry!!! jus ignore this.
