10 supinated strict pull ups (purple band so I could get all 10 of them)

Wait... Did I just do 50 deads at almost 1.5xBW???

Been awhile since I logged one.

3x2 hang squat cleans @ 105

5 rounds for time of:
15 wall balls @ 14
10 burpees
5 toes to bar
rest 1 minute

Time to pull the big girl panties on and start logging this again. I will be taking a one month hiatus later on in March, though. Work is going to pull me for a bit.

3 mins max KB swings (24 kg)
rest 60 seconds
2 mins max double unders
rest 60 seconds
90 seconds max ring dips (crutch band)
rest 60 seconds
45 seconds max dead lifts (225 pounds)

3 rounds

123 KB swings
125 double unders
53 ring dips
14 dead lifts

Apparently anger and a good purge unleash the beast. This almost made me pass out. I wanted to hump the poo out of that last dead lift, but I just kept on dragging it up. The KB actually felt light if my grip wasn't failing. We'll see if I can walk tomorrow. That was horrific.

Feels good to be back to accountability.

5 front squats at 135 pounds
15 ring rows (my shoulders are just a couple of inches off the floor so I'm pulling almost perpendicular)
10 box jumps at 26"

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

3 rounds + 5 front squats

Yeeeeah, that was a little challenging seeing as that was at 90% of my last 1 rep max front squat test.
